Philip S Klatchko

Mr. Klatchko has a broad-based civil practice including both transactional and litigation matters. The areas of his practice include: Real Estate; Complex Family Law Litigation; Business Entities; and all aspects of Estate Planning (Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Administration). He is also experienced in Conservatorships and Guardianships. He has particular expertise with regard to Common Interest Subdivision Law (Condominiums) and Homeowner Associations.

Mr. Klatchko obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of Southern California, graduating in 1971. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law, graduating in 1974. Mr. Klatchko is a real estate broker licensed by the State of California since 1980. He was a twelve year member of the City of Palm Springs Planning Commission , including three years as its chairman. Throughout his career Mr. Klatchko has been active in not only professional organizations, but in civic and charitable activities as well.

Ms. Klatchko’s practice is primarily devoted to Family Law issues. Those include, but are not limited to, Dissolution of Marriage, Child Custody, Visitation, Spousal and Child Support, Prenuptial Agreements, Domestic Partnerships and Adoptions.

She has been a Board Member and Officer of the Desert Bar Association and is a past chairperson of the Desert Bar Association’s Family Law Committee. Ms. Klatchko obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of California, Los Angeles, graduating in 1971. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law, graduating in 1974. Throughout her career Ms. Klatchko has been active in not only professional organizations, but in civic and charitable activities as well.
